日本語の練習 第44週 Japanese Practice Week 44
Hello everyone! Kyuusei here to teach you Japanese and show what I find interesting about Japan. With that being said, let’s continue.
日本語のイベント
もう秋ですね。「読書の秋」とか「食欲の秋」とか、一番いいと思いますか？「読書の秋」だとおもいます。本を読むことが大好きだから。
「食欲の秋」というと、「食戟のソーマ」を読んで始めました。
今週末、もう１４チャプターを読みました。食べ物はうまいそうし、レシピがあるし、アートが素晴らしいと思います。最近、「アニメよりライトノベルとか漫画」のメンタリティーがありました。僕も日本語ニュースと日本語の昔話を読みます。そして、カラオケ。楽しいです。ウェブサイトを見つけました。良かったら、このウェブサイトを見てください：http://life.ou.edu/stories/
GRAMMAR NOTES
[ておく]
This grammar is used to say that you have done something for the future.
Ex:試験が来週ので、日本語を勉強しておきています。
(I plan on studying Japanese because the exam is next week.)
[とく・てこ]
These two are the casual form of [ておく]
Ex: パーティーは今晩だ。だから、お酒を買っておいた。
(The party is tonight. So, I bought alcohol (in advance).)
Ex: あそこで会ってこ。
(Let’s meet up over there.)
[てある]
This grammar point is when you finish doing something in preparation for something.
For instance, you borrowed your dad’s car for a race, but you replaced the car in case he needs to go anywhere.
（イニシャル・ディーを見てください。）
Ex:車に荷物は積んである、行きましょう。
(The luggage is loaded in the car, let’s go.)
トピックスを答えましようか
- You are talking to your friend and you want to invite them to a party, but they tend to get lost. Tell them to meet you in front of the station at 9 PM on Saturday.
土曜日の９時に駅の前で会いませんか。
- You heard that your colleague Ms. Suzuki went to Osaka with his little brother on September 21st. Ask her if that is true.
鈴木さんは9月21日に妹さんと大阪に行きましたね。
- Your friend just came back from Shibuya where he bought a souvenir at a small shop near the bank. What a coincidence. Tell your friend that you bought a souvenir there a while ago. Then ask them what they got.
奇遇（きぐう）ですね。私も、さっきあそこでおよみあげを買いましたよ。何を買いましたか。
- Your best friend was stood up by her date. Ask her how long she waited for her boyfriend at the amusement park.
遊園地（ゆうえんち）で彼氏（かれし）をどのぐらい待ちましたか。
- You and your classmates have gone to Kyoto to sight see. One of your friends loves to take pictures. Ask them if they took photos of the temples.
お寺の写真（しゃしん）を撮（と）りましたか。
- You have a family reunion coming up soon. Your mother has asked if you have talked to your cousin. Tell her that you wrote a letter to your cousin in your room last Sunday.
先週、部屋でいとこに手紙（てがみ）を書きましたよ。
- You are working in an office where you are updating simple Japanese websites. A senior coworker is showing you how to use a certain software. Apologize and tell your coworker that you did not understand any of it and ask if they can explain it more simply.
すみません、全然（ぜんぜん）分かりませんでした。もっと簡単（かんたん）に説明（せつめい）してくれませんか。

- 食べる（たべる）- To eat
- 母の家で料理を作って食べました。
I cooked and ate at my mom’s house.
- おいしい食べ物を食べたくなるアニメを見にくいですね。
It’s hard to watch an anime that makes you want to eat delicious food isn’t it?

- 違う（ちがう）- To be different
- 〈物語〉シリーズのベストガールというと、僕は君と意見が違いと思います。
When you say best girl of Monogatari, I think our opinions differ.
- おい、待って．．．右を曲がったら、違う方に行きますよ。
Hey, wait… if you turn right, you’ll be going the wrong way.

- 使う（つかう）- To use
- 彼は本物の魔法を使ってできないけど、すごくトリックスターです。

- この技を二度と使わないでください。危険すぎるんです。
Please don’t ever use this technique again. It is too dangerous.
- 疲れる（つかれる）– To get tired
- もう疲れった。何でもしたくないよ。でもしないとね。
I’m tired. I don’t want to do anything. But I have to, right?
- 疲れるの時、ちゃんとやすみます。
When you are tired, make sure to rest properly.
- 着く（つく）- To arrive
- シティに着いてから、色々なところを見たい。
I want to see a lot of things, after I arrive in the city.
- 君が北海道に着くの時、もう冬になったから、一緒に餅を作ろうよ。
When you arrive in Hokkaido, it will already be winter so let’s make mochi together.
- 作る（つくる）- To make, To produce
- 料理を作ってれば、これはヤバイ。
If you are cooking a meal, this will be amazing.
- ハロウィーンの前に、手作りのお菓子を作ろう。
Before Halloween, let’s make handmade sweets.

研究者たちとポケモンの勝負しました。１匹だけ？ビヤこやってできる。新しいポケボールの研究した？おもしろい。実験をした？何か？ホシグモ？！ホシグモちゃんには一体何をした？！僕は勝ったら、教えてくれない？いいよ、来い！グラヂオ君にまた会った。グラヂオ君は僕に変な話を教えてあげた。グラヂオ君のお母さん。。。怖いよ。それで、あの女はずだ。大変だったね、グラヂオ君。
ハウ君と一緒に他の財団員にバトルした。え？ハウ君のアロラのライチュウ。。。 サイコキネシスを使ったできる。アロラのポケモンはすごいよ。僕たちはかんたんに勝ちた。チー、君たちは教えてあげない。ケチ。いいよ。君たちの手伝うがほしくない。そのコンピューターでリポートを読んだ。え、まさか、ホシグモちゃんはウルトラビースト？やっぱりこの財団はホシグモちゃんがほしかった。ホシグモちゃんもいじけんホールを開いてできる。どうやって？ストレスが原因だ。これはヤバい、ホシグモちゃんとリリエちゃんを速く見つけなきゃ。
その前に、グラヂオ君はあの部屋が秘密を明かさなかった。気になった。少しだけ見たい。少しだけだった。これらのファイルはちょっと怪しいだなあ。え？！それでは。。。グラヂオ君のポケモン、タイプ：ヌルは実験だった？！あのポケモンはここで作っていた？！そのコンピューターでブログもを読んだ。エス？S？ブログを読みながら、ポスターはたぶんザオボーだろう。この場所。。。この財団。。。ダメだ。僕。。。ううん。。。僕たちはこの財団を止まらきゃ❢
HIBIKI’S JOURNAL
We had a Pokémon battle with researchers. Only one Pokémon? You can do it, Biyako. Doing research on a new Pokéball? Interesting. Your doing experiments? On what? Nebby?! What the heck did you do to Nebby?! If I win, won’t you tell me? All right come on! I met up with Gladion again. He told me a strange story. Gladion’s mother… is scary. She must be “that” woman. Must have been rough huh, Gladion?
I battled other foundation members with Hau. What? Hau’s Raichu… it knows Psychic. Alola Pokémon are amazing! We won easily. Tch, you’re not going to tell me. Stingy. Fine. I don’t need your help. I read a report on the computer. Eh, no way, Nebby is an Ultra Beast? No wonder this foundation wanted Nebby. Nebby can also open Ultra holes. How? It’s caused by stress. This is bad, I have to find Nebby and Lillie-chan fast.
Before that, Gladion didn’t reveal the secret in that room. I was curious. I just want to see a little bit. Just a little. These files are a little suspicious. What?! Then… Gladion’s Pokémon, Type: Null was an experiment?! Was that Pokémon made here?! I also read a blog on the computer. S? While reading the blog, the poster is probably Faba (Sauboh). This place… this foundation… is no good. I… no…. We have to stop this foundation!
